Greenewalt, the court-appointed guardians ("guardians") under 12 Del.C. § 3914 of the property of Irénée duPont ("ward"), petitioned this court for authorization to make certain gifts of his assets to his children and grandchildren by way of an inter vivos trust. The court fixed a hearing thereon after notice to the ward's children and to his grandchildren...
