This is an appeal under Title 28 U.S. C. § 1292(a) (3) from an interlocutory decree and a supplementary interlocutory decree entered in a libel in admiralty by the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.1 In the view we take there is no need to state this case in all its complicated detail.
