These appeals arise out of contracts for the sale of all of the stock of the Kaufman Hotel Corporation and for the real estate in which it operates and the subsequent default by the purchasers. The Parkers entered into a contract with the Thomases in November, 1957, for the purchase of all of the stock of the Kaufman Hotel and Restaurant Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation.
