The appellee, Quincy Harris, by his next friend, Odell Barrier, brings this action against the appellants to establish his claim that he is the sole and only heir at law of the testator, James Harris, and as a pretermitted child he is, therefore, entitled to inherit all of his estate, subject to the dower and homestead rights of decedent's widow. In his only will, dated in 1953, James Harris devised a life estate in all of his real estate to Ella Harris...
