OPINION BY RHODES, P.J., March 19, 1963:

These sixty appeals1 are by Mae H. Wheeler from convictions and sentences on indictments for embezzlement and forgery. Defendant was convicted on fifty-five indictments charging embezzlement and five indictments for forgery and uttering and publishing a forged instrument.2
