The record discloses that Gerhardus Oosterwyk, acting in the capacity of his own attorney, and Efren Quiroz commenced the instant action in the circuit court for Milwaukee county on February 10, 1956. The complaint alleges:

"1. That at all times hereafter mentioned the plaintiffs were and are residents of Milwaukee county, Wisconsin; that the plaintiff, Gerhardus Oosterwyk, resides at 1835 West McKinley...
