The ultimate question to be determined is whether so-called "patronage retains" or certificates of ownership, which are created by a co-operative association incorporated pursuant to Sections 1729.01 to 1729.28, Revised Code, and which are owned by another corporation, must be listed for taxation by the owning corporation.
