This petition prayed for a declaratory judgment and for injunctive relief, and the writ of error was transferred by the Supreme Court to this court with an opinion stating that the allegations of the petition were insufficient to authorize the grant of a permanent injunction. Hudon v. North Atlanta, 219 Ga. 179 (132 S.E.2d 74).
