Sallie B. Modlin Cruthis died intestate survived by the children of two marriages and the heirs at law of a child who predeceased her. She and her first husband, W. G. Modlin, owned as tenants by the entireties a tract of land containing 38.5 acres. W. G. Modlin died, and on 20 August 1902 she married James William Cruthis.
