Sinclair Refining Company (Sinclair), its employee, Waldo Clark, and its insurer, Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich), plaintiffs, brought this action against The Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers) and its insured, The Rogers Cartage Company (Rogers), for a declaratory judgment and for damages based upon a Comprehensive Automobile Liability Policy issued by Travelers to Rogers.
