This is an action to determine heirship to the estate of Harry Andrew Peterson, who died intestate on June 16, 1959. The basic controversy is between claimant and respondent Helen Anderson, who claims to be the legitimated daughter of the decedent, and claimant and appellant Choice Peterson, the granddaughter of Alice Peterson, the predeceased spouse of the decedent.
