Mr. C.E. Wheelock, the accused, was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1938 and proceeded at once with the active practice of law. In 1956 a Mrs. Jacque Williamson of Portland engaged his services to protect her interest in an estate which was under probate in Clovis, New Mexico.
