This is a suit wherein the plaintiff, Hattiesburg Hardware Stores, Inc. seeks judgment against the defendant, Wesley B. Robertson, in the sum of $833.80 and also recognizing and enforcing its two materialman's liens against the property of the defendant. Judgment was rendered in the Court below in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $803.80 recognizing its liens as prayed for and the defendant has appealed. The plaintiff has neither appealed...
