In the complaint filed in this case, plaintiff avers that on June 29, 1960, a truck which he was operating in a northerly direction on Grove Road, West Goshen Township, this county, came into collision with an automobile being operated by defendant, Mercer, in an easterly direction on Sunset Hollow Road and that he was injured in that collision.
