This appeal arose from an action to recover for labor performed by the plaintiff (appellant), Ershig Sheet Metal, Inc., under an alleged oral contract with the defendants (respondents), General Insurance Company of America, Daw Insurance Agency, Inc., Merle Daw, and William Brunhaver and his wife, employee and manager, respectively, of the Daw Insurance Agency and alleged agents of the General Insurance Company of America.
