On January 9, 1962, the undersigned dismissed exceptions to a master's report and granted a divorce a.v.m. to plaintiff, William Mercer Shoemaker, against defendant, Nancy Jane Burwell Shoemaker, on the grounds of both indignities and adultery. In the same order, it was further directed ". . . that William Mercer Shoemaker, the plaintiff, pay to Nancy Jane Burwell Shoemaker, the defendant the sum of $100.00 per week for alimony pendente...
