Vanway, for exemplary damages, and Reveille Woods Christian Church, a corporation, to recover damages for alleged breach of a contract of employment entered into by and between appellant and the Church on February 5, 1958, wherein the Church employed appellant as minister for the term of seven years from and beginning the 21st day of July, 1957.
