These appeals involve a railroad crossing collision between an engine of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, appellee, and an automobile driven by Frank Parker, one of the appellants. The other appellant is Buster Rogers, administrator of the estate of the deceased Warren Elmore Rogers, a passenger in the automobile who was killed in the collision.
