PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of bootlegging in violation of section 125.7, Code 1962, I.C.A. He demurrer to the information. The demurrer was overruled. Defendant elected to stand on his demurrer and did not plead further to the information (see Code section 777.10, I.C.A.). The court thereupon rendered final judgment against defendant of a fine of $500 and costs and confinement in the county jail for ninety days...
