This is an appeal by the defendant, National Hospital Association, from a judgment, based upon a verdict, which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiff. The amount of the judgment is $942.35 together with an attorney fee which was awarded under ORS 736.325. The judgment, apart from the allowance of the attorney fee, has its source in a policy of medical insurance which the defendant issued to the plaintiff July 1, 1958. Among...
