STUART, Justice.

Husband filed a petition for divorce in Cerro Gordo County. Wife appeared specially to challenge the jurisdiction of the court upon the ground that neither party was a resident of Iowa when the petition was filed. The district court determined the plaintiff was a resident and overruled defendant's special appearance. Permission was granted for defendant to pursue an interlocutory appeal from this ruling.
