This is an action by a husband and wife for personal injuries sustained by the wife. A verdict was rendered in favor of the wife for $40,000 and in favor of the husband for $15,000, which included the medical, hospital, and other expenses incurred by him on his wife's account, as well as compensation for loss of services and companionship.
