The defendant, Overton Judkins, together with Calvin McNeal, was charged in a three-count indictment with unlawfully selling, possessing and dispensing narcotics. In a second indictment returned on the same date they were also charged with conspiring to unlawfully sell and dispense narcotics to one Gladys Anderson.
