In this negligence action for personal injuries which resulted in a jury verdict in the amount of $15,000.00 for plaintiff, there is little dispute as to the facts. Due to this fact, the appellant's allegations of error, and the decision reached herein, it will be unnecessary to burden this opinion with a minute recitation of the factual situation.
