Harris Trust and Savings Bank, executor of the estate of Christopher J. Hill, deceased, brought a citation proceeding against decedent's widow, claiming ownership of 2000 shares of the common stock of Lakefront Realty Corporation. The certificate for those shares was issued in the name of decedent and so remained on the books of the corporation at the time of his death; it was never endorsed but was in the possession...
