This is a tort action wherein plaintiff, Nathaniel Shepherd, seeks recovery of damages from defendants, Eleanor T. Robin and Albert E. Robin (husband and wife), for personal injuries allegedly sustained in an automobile accident which occurred during the afternoon of June 22, 1958, on Tiger Bend Road, a two lane, east-west highway situated in the Parish of East Baton Rouge.
