This is a tort action for wrongfully inducing breach of contract. There is no dispute as to the facts. The appellees, real estate brokers, on February 24, 1961, consummated a binding contract by the terms of which W.T. Pitts and wife were to convey to one Sanchez, the purchaser, certain real estate for a consideration of $20,000.00, and to pay the appellees for their services a commission of $1200.00, plus sales tax of $36.00.
