This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by O. K. Harrell against his employer, R. C. Tanner, and the latter's compensation insurer, Southern Pulpwood Insurance Company. Plaintiff claims compensation benefits based on total and permanent disability, plus penalties and attorney's fees.
