This is an appeal from a judgment of the Parke Circuit Court denying appellant's petition for writ of error coram nobis.

Prior to November 29, 1960, appellant had been charged by affidavit with the crime of robbery. He was arrested, and, on November 29, 1960, was arraigned in the Parke Circuit Court where he pleaded guilty to the charge.
