Plaintiffs instituted a petitory action in the Seventeenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Terrebonne. Only one of the defendants, Mrs. Nessie Naquin Hebert, was served and she filed a motion for a bond for costs in the amount of $500.00 and prayed in default of furnishing said bond within 15 days of service this proceeding be dismissed.

Plaintiffs filed a cost bond signed by one of their attorneys, Solomon S. Goldman as surety. Defendant...
