The trial court decreed specific performance and the defendants (sellers and subsequent purchasers from the sellers) have appealed. Title to real estate is involved within the meaning of Art. V, § 3, Constitution of Missouri, V.A.M.S. Cossairt v. Reich, Mo.Sup., 370 S.W.2d 291.
