REGAN, Judge.

Plaintiff, Frederick Doll, Sr., instituted this suit to interdict the defendant, Henry Doll, his brother, predicated on the allegation that he was too mentally incompetent to administer his estate, which has been inventoried in the amount of $225,252.05, and requested that Joseph Doll, his son, who was also the defendant's nephew, be appointed curator of his person and of his estate.
