Plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries resulting from an automobile collision on November 2, 1961, in Shreveport. Named defendant is The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, liability insurer of Rountree Oldsmobile and Cadillac Company, owner of the vehicle which collided with that operated by plaintiff.
