Plaintiff, a guest in defendant's motor vehicle, brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries she sustained in an accident. She charges defendant with wilful misconduct. Defendant has appealed from an adverse judgment. Plaintiff has filed a cross-appeal on the theory that the trial court improperly disallowed certain medical expenses that she incurred on the ground that these expenses had been paid by defendant's insurance carrier.
