This was an action to recover actual and punitive damages to the residence and property of the plaintiffs as a result of the electrical current being shut off by the defendant, causing frozen meat to spoil. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $6,060.45 actual damages, and awarded them punitive damages in the sum of $4,000.
