Floyd F. Hinson has appealed suspensively from a judgment which denied his motion to stay proceedings in the Succession of Jourdan Powell Hinson, his father, until the estate of his mother can be opened in Texas, and ancillary proceedings in her succession instituted in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans.
