This action arises out of a truck-bus collision which occurred approximately 20 to 30 feet off U. S. Highway 90 between the Chef Menteur and Rigolets bridges. August F. Friedel, Sr., was operating a pickup truck in a direction away from New Orleans and as he rounded a curve in the highway, was confronted with a large bus owned by Bayou Tours, Inc., in the Friedel lane of traffic in the act of passing another...
