This is an action brought by Inez E. Cochran, the widow of William H. Cochran, deceased, plaintiff, against the Bellevue Bridge Commission, defendant, under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act. The case was tried before a judge of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court, resulting in a dismissal of the plaintiff's claim.
