This is an original petition for workmen's compensation for the aggravation of an occupational disease as provided by G.L. 1956, § 28-34-7. After a hearing before the trial commissioner he entered a decree in favor of the petitioner. Under such decree he was found to have a compensable injury which was disabling him and for which he was awarded compensation of $16 a week and reimbursement of all his reasonable medical and hospital charges...
