This case is a sequel to Gherardi de Parata v. Gherardi de Parata, D.C.Mun.App., 179 A.2d 723 (1962). In the prior action the wife unsuccessfully attacked the validity of an Alabama divorce decree obtained by the husband. We reversed the trial court and ruled that the Alabama decree was invalid for lack of jurisdiction over the parties. We held that the Alabama proceeding
