CULPEPPER, Judge.
This damage suit arises from a collision between plaintiff appellants' left turning automobile and an overtaking automobile insured by defendant appellee. After trial on the merits the district judge found that the accident was caused solely by the negligence of the driver of plaintiff's vehicle and that defendant's insured was guilty of no negligence whatsoever.
