Robert Fosdick brought this action to recover damages for injuries sustained while riding as a guest in an automobile driven by the defendant, Joyce Servis. Judgment was entered on a verdict for $3000. Defendant's post-trial motion for judgment n.o.v. and for renewal of her motion for a directed verdict at the close of all the evidence was denied, and this appeal followed.
