This matter comes before the court upon defendant's motion to quash the indictment.

Defendant was indicted as follows:

". . . on or about the 27th day of July, 1962, at the County aforesaid, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, being then and there a director on the School Board of the Nanticoke School District, Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, did commit the crime of solicitation for bribe by proposing to one Charles Wysocki...
