This suit was consolidated for trial and for argument on appeal with Rohli v. Crown Life Insurance Company, La.App., 156 So.2d 242, and under the facts and for the reasons set forth in our opinion in that case, the judgment dismissing this suit of Mrs. Marie M. Molaison Rohli against the City of New Orleans and Louis A. Heyd, Sr., Criminal Sheriff for the Parish of Orleans is affirmed.
