This appeal involves two separate actions brought to recover for damages to aircraft resulting from collapse of a hangar at the Appleton Municipal Airport. The complaints alleged negligence and breach of bailment contract as causes of the loss and named the village of Appleton and United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc., its insurer, as defendants.
