This is an action under the Paternity Act. The cause was tried before the court without a jury and the court held the defendant was the father of the plaintiff's child. Thereafter, defendant filed his motion to reopen the case and to allow the defendant to testify. The motion was denied and the defendant appeals the judgment finding the defendant the father of the child and the order denying the motion to reopen.
