Plaintiff (appellee) Juanita Marie Arno, obtained a judgment against defendants (appellants) Max Sherman, Mortimer M. Levin, and Michael Robinson, dba Flamingo Hotel, for injuries sustained by plaintiff in a fall caused by stumbling over a single step down from a sidewalk on defendants' premises while she was there in the capacity of a business invitee.
