By information defendant was charged with murder and two counts of abortion. Count II of the information charged defendant with the murder of Sylvia Rayner. Counts I and III charged the commission of abortions upon the persons of two women whom we designate by their given names, Brigitte and Katherine. Defendant pleaded not guilty to all counts.
