This matter comes before the court upon defendant's motion in arrest of judgment. Defendant had filed simultaneously therewith a motion for a new trial, but indicated at argument that he was pursuing only the motion in arrest of judgment. Said motion advances two reasons:

1. Evidence was insufficient to sustain the verdict of the jury.

2. Defendant was convicted...
