This is a petition to review and set aside an order of the Agriculture Department's Judicial Officer1 requiring Swift & Company to cease and desist from certain selling and marketing practices in violation of §§ 202(a) and (b) of the Packers and Stockyards Act.2 7 U.S. C. §§ 192(a) and (b).
